Fear not I am spending most of my time on getting PBI done.
Laid out the rulebook with photos.
Working on the cover.
Going to work on the Architect.
I think videos will need to be done before the release date. This will ensure the game can be widely understood and appreciated. I think about 6 videos will be initially needed.
Sci fi
For ease, I am going to revive the old sci fi rules name "The Company Rules" (TCR).
Sci fi buildings.
I am going to get some in order to beautify the sci fi game.
Ben has a 3D printer file that will produce a box of buildings.
I do not have the time to create a PP range of buildings.
The downside is that a lot of sci fi sees to copy the Star Wars idea of "desert communities". Assumedly because it is easy to build such stage sets cheaply?
To be a bit adventurous I thought I might paint all the buildings blue or red or stripey?
Maybe yellow spot son them too.
It would look nice.
Some blue or red trees.
Also partially, a "dare" to those who might claim that is not authentic sci fi?
I now have a cloth, but no buildings, no rules and no figures. However there are still 2 weeks to go until WWW.
martin :)
Depending on if breathing equipment is required (i.e.full space suits) Could just as easily use some of the shanty type buildings (isnt wriggly tin a universal concept) or just cargo containers.
Paint some Zebra purple and yellow or something as well.

Adventurous is good, rationale even better. Form follows function. For example:
Perhaps the trees are odd colours to attract or repel the local wildlife or in response to environmental conditions (eg, a kind of photosynthesis based on a sun which emits light at a different wavelength to our own.)
Spherical buildings to withstand the pressure of hostile atmospheres. And which look strangely like tennis balls cut in half (the furry covering captures the sun's rays like a solar panel).

Here we are. Basic 3D building from Ben.
martin :)
I will try this scheme on a bigger building.
i.e linked spots in primary colours.
I might try a mid blue background.
