Here is the army book to help players make their armies.

martin's Carolingian army Army Number 49.
Mounted skirmishers x 4 = 32
Foot skirmishers x 5= 35
Close order infantry LEVY x 6= 60
Cavalry x 6= 120 1 elite, 2 Veteran, 3 armoured, 2 shock + 55= 175
TOTAL 302
This army will probably keep the cavalry together.
Same for the infantry.
The cavalry need to attack and the infantry need to defend.
This will probably result in a "hinge" type attack or a defence reliant on some hills?
No shooters might be a problem but plenty of skirmishers.
Battle tactics AGK.
A= advance which would help if attacking.
G = Goto. Might help in a crucial circumstance. eg to reinforce the levy infantry
K= Keep order. Cancel a pursuit against my valuable cavalry.
Victory guaranteed(?)

Cot COVID end of September and still suffering the effects but they are slowly weakening
(Still have a cough and no voice)

Hopefully will be starting your tanks next week ? Just got to sort out my AK47 bases first ?
Start making up some more officer bases. I already had a few done but not on 30 x 40 bases. I previously done them so in a "large" force it looked good to have some command figures in the mix ?
But anyway.
Sorry I can't come tomorrow I am Skint/brassic so I can't afford to pay for the table or all day tea etc ?
So I ll do some sorting and some bases shifting etc then hopefully start some painting instead tomorrow!

It's "boracic" Miles. Brassic is the tv programme. Boracic is short for the cockney rhyming slang "boracic lint" or skint. Skint, itself, may be a corruption of skinned or made bare i.e. without any means of payment. That's the end of today's English lesson.

Queens English or the written word is my main subject, I do my thing with a craft knife and paint.
I forgot I was going to a gig this evening, booked it 10-12 months ago, I had to pay my share of the ticket price, so the money I had put by went out of my hand.
I was looking forward to using the Macedonian's again.
There will be another day.
I can concentrate on getting my AK47 armies sorted.

According to the gods of the internet, brassic lint is ok to use in the context you put it so you weren't wrong! It's simply a contraction or shortening of the word boracic 😀
