We have a good selection of battle day games that people want to play in 2025.
We can play all of those.
Are folk happy playing CK for the October 12th 2024 Battleday?
Assuming so.

May I suggest the theme be "Generals dying bravely". OR "Great plans that nearly worked". Other ideas?
martin :)
Pointless frontal assaults.
John
We are certainly a group of experienced generals.
We have experienced the table top battles and know what wins (?)
"My first plan would have worked"
martin :)
So far we are 6.
I expect a few more to join.
How about we have 2 teams?
3 players with horsey/chariot armies and 3 players with foot slogger armies.
Then we can see which method of warfare trumps?
No other criteria than that.
Horsey defined as more units with horses CAVAlRY than on foot. Include chariots.
Foot defined as more units of AUXILIARY/CLOSE ORDER FOOT.
What prize might the victors get? a 3x4 cm cavalry or foot base with an inscription?
martin :)
I can field and lend armies for either cause.

You'd be nuts to use that! ;D
Simon
No worries Miles.
I will put the Macedonian army to one side for you to borrow.
You can work out your own version if you wanted, as the army book is free on the "want to know more" button on the rules section of the PP website.
