Lovely video for the generals Martin.
The generals look splendid. Full of character. Looking forward to adding them to my armies.

Sorry to be a pain, Sean, but might you be able to post a link? Or tell me where to look.... I've been struggling to find the video.
They're looking good, Martin. I particularly like 'The Night Owl'.
Shame Sir A Heselrigge is not more senior. I picture him a bit like a Cuirassier armoured version of Brendan Gleeson's Reynaud of Chatillon from 'Kingdom of Heaven'.
Neil
Very nice Generals on the PP website, Martin.

I must admit that I too am completely lost regarding references to a video. Could it have been an auto-correct in Sean's original post?

I definitely like the generals in no-nonsense campaign gear. I am curious though, will Prince Rupert look like Timothy Dalton?
This makes me all nostalgic for when I worked on the Royal Armouries Civil War exhibition back in '92. You are right about not wanting to be wearing full armour. I got the privilege of hefting Popham's triplex shotproof breastplate at Littlecote House. It was like holding a cast iron fireback! Mind you, King Charles did apparently wear his brother's mercury gilt cuirassier armour at Edgehill. That is all over engraved top to toe - so that might take you a while!
Having had a sizeable 25mm Parliamentarian army in the past based on Cheriton, I can't see myself indulging again in 15mm, but these are truly lovely sculpts...I love the animation on the cornets as well. Maybe the Farnham Greencoats will resurface at some point in the future. It'll give me an excuse to build some timber framed houses in 15mm. I also have the makings of a Polish/Lithuanian army and I'm thinking Waller & Co. might make a fine addition as command for the 'German' cavalry contingent.
Bravo, Martin
Neil
Thank you

Thanks Martin. I had somehow failed to subscribe to your YouTube channel. Now remedied.

I was intrigued to see the forthcoming figure of Charles I on the PP website.
Will he be provided with an optional head? ;D
Simon
Lovely work
