Title: Stormtroopers
Post by: SimonC on September 24, 2023, 06:02:19 PM
It's been brought to my attention that there is a difference in the rules between the printed book, and the later PDF. The PDF has the additional bullet point -

 • Stormtroopers are all positioned in the same square and must stay together for this part of the pre-game. They cannot go in different directions to accomplish different tasks.

This will be particularly important as the upcoming SB day is has a major German assault. I'm fine with playing as per the later PDF, as long as everyone is clear on that. It raises the question of whether the +5 bonus assault dice is per unit or for the square.

Question of  RAI intent for you @martin goddard

thanks
Simon

My memory is blank on this one. Sorry. Some years ago??
I think it should be just one lot of +5.
My logic is that  a +5  makes a big enough difference.

Also, can you confirm you have purchased a Ticket?  Graham doesn't have you on the list.
