As it is the SCW games at Entoyment this weekend.
The below applies to average companies.

2.Game length 23. Players  each reduce total by 1,2,3 as in MOCB.
3. Basic average company = 3 platoons each of 10 bases.
4. Here to there road is one long length. Left to right is two parts. Each deviates separately.
5. Objectives. Rows 2,3,4. Sum total of 8.
6.Partial scenery =16 squares.  All placed by attacker.  Defender places 7D6 to move 4,5,6.
7. Defender deploys all scenery templates =16. Buildings must be tabbed. Attacker has 7D6  = 4,5,6 to move.

8. Defender deploys rows 1,2,3,4
9. Attacker deploys row 6
10. Motivation just like new PBI.
11.3 assets.     Assets no residual.
12. Pinned=hammered. Lose whole turn.
13. Crowded at 5 base (4 in PBI)
14. Smoke = 3 squares. No deviation. Last own turn and opponent turn then it goes.
15. "Delay" asset shifts opponent ready bases to unready.
16. 16 points of additions. Can be sprinkled in any way.
17. Armoured trucks. 1 square move max cross country.
18. Morale fail = remove 3 bases(average) (no D6 rolls).
19. Range = 3 for rifles.  0 for officers.
20. Maximum, 6 bases can shoot/assault.
21. Saves are the usual 4,5,6 modified
22. Return/opp shooting D6 per bases, 2 per MG, gun tank.  BUT hits only on 6.
23. Fall back = D6 per pursue base.  6=dead. Runner chooses 3 squares. Highest D6 chooses.
24. 6D6 per reinforcement unit.
25. Attacker can bring back 1 platoon (if average).

Played against Ian today.
Good battle
I attacked with requetes and Ian defended with assault guards.
Re- learned the rules.
I think BAIT is pretty straightforward game.

You've been cheating by practising again! I was planning on just turning up and playing some kind of mix of MexRev and "new" PBI :)

I think another thing that came up was LMG range = same as rifles?

LMG range = 3 as it is a foot base and operates (move, shoot, fight) in conjunction with the riflemen it is with.

MMG and mortars are specialist weapons usually grouped together. They are mainly shooty and not fighting.
