The thinking behind the Battledays at Entoyment are.
1. Due to work/family at weekends i book 1 Saturday a month for gaming
This give 9 per year ( February is Beachhead. , Nov is Piggy game weekend, Dec to busy with work)
2. I like the Peter Pig rules, I have all except fantasy set and figures to go with.
3. It allows me to get my figures out at least once every two years for each rule set.
4. Entoyment is a good asset close to Weymouth (my home) and a very friendly venue and well worth supporting
5. Meet friends from across the country at least once a month.

Excellent reasons Stewart.
How is the Asda project going, is it popular too?
I agree with you fully, I am glad you started this project.
It's a great way to get the games out there and played every so often.
Everyone has their own favourite of course, so some people will be pleased and others not so but ha ho !
It's a great initiative and hence why I personally try and support these game days most times of the year ?
Carry on the good work !

it's a great venue
enough space/tables for at least 6 games.
we have had 3 new boys turn up for at least one game, hope they will come again.
Suggest we call ourselves
Association of South Dorset Acolytes
As we have a big sign on the new club house ASDA

I agree on the battle days, so much so that we have slotted in an extra one on Coronation day 6th May for Spanish Civil War. It's not too late to sign up. So far it is Martin, Miles and me.

The Entoyment Battle Days are a great initiative. Along with the annual Square Bashing Day and the Weymouth Weekender, they are something motivating to plan the year's hobby work around.
Simon
They are wonderful. Just wish I could get to more of them. In fact I've not made one at all this year.. AWI is out due to family business. I do hope to get down to a couple before the WWW. Martin has kindly given me an open invite for a visit too.
As has Les...but that might take a bit more planning!
