Can anyone list which historical battles are covered in the current BB version? I still have V1 and was thinking of updating. Regards Alan

Alan,

They are:

1. First Battle of St Albans
2. Battle of Blore Heath
3. Battle of Ludford Bridge
4. Battle of Northampton
5. Battle of Wakefield
6. Battle of Mortimer's Cross
7. Second Battle of St Albans
8. Battle of Ferrybridge
9. Battle of Towton
10. Battle of Hedgeley Moor
11. Battle of Hexham
12. Battle of Edgecote Moor
13. Battle of Empingham / Losecoat Field
14. Battle of Barnet
15. Battle of Tewkesbury
16. Battle of Bosworth Field
17. Battle of Stoke Field

Surely 17 compelling reasons to take the plunge?  :D

Just about evey major engagement of the period. Why not start at the beginning and relight the whole thing?
Actually, that's a good idea...!

I hope you enjoy it, Alan.

The rules are in my opinion "simple but not simplistic", with a lot of tactical points to consider. And most importantly, they're a lot of fun to play!

The battles have each been fought 5 or more times to make sure they work appropriately.
We enjoyed playing them as both players had victory criteria that can be achieved.

Does that include killing Richard III? I was good at that!

I have to celebrate these rare successes. There are so few of them! Are we having a Bloody Barons day this year?

Do tell us again, Sean - how many times was it that you killed Richard III at the SOA day..?  ;D
