Title: M113 re-done
Post by: martin goddard on August 28, 2022, 07:58:33 AM
The Vietnam M113 (not Israeli ones) are now redone.
They were a 9 part metal kit.
Now they are a  resin "block" with the previous metal fittings still applied.

This makes them cheaper for buyers.
The M113 will be in 50 cal, ACAV and battle hardened versions of both.  This gives 4 new numbers on the PP website with the imminent removal of the old number 9 and 10.
There are 4 versions of the battle hardened.

I will get pictures of them and the new WOTR retinue cavalry done this week.

Good work Martin. Looking forward to seeing the new models. Less assembly for Vietnam gamers could be seen as an additional bonus with those M113s too.

If it is anything like your other resin block vehicles they will be a real treat. Having built a variety of metal veehicles recently I appreciate the design behind the scenes that has gone into ease of assembly but getting from workstation to battlefront that much quicker will no doubt be greatly appreciated...
Almost tempted to add an M113 to my Republique de Senemal AK47 roster.

That's a welcome development, I've been very pleased with the "resin block" vehicles I have bought. I already have some M113's for AK47 Republic but I may be interested in a couple more.

Thank you,
Martin Buck
