I picked them up from Wargame Vault and also watched a game and review on Little Wars TV. I was attracted by the fact that they are very simple (probably too simple for people who are really into ACW naval games) and the various scenarios seem generally to use a 3'x3' table. Either way I'm sure the scenarios can be readily adapted to Hammerin' Iron. Every so often the scenarios (sold separately) are discounted on Wargame Vault.
I think someone mentioned it here about 5 montsh ago?
They were playing a game whilst on the deck of the Monitor reconstruction.
Marvellous.
martin :)
I picked them up too as they were on sale. As is usual with PDF rules though, I forgot about them.
A subsequent review was rather unkind about them.
The game name was my suggestion...
Its a great name!
I ve yet to play the game, but I am waiting for the "Big" book to come out. It is a great source for a lot of information on this subject. Some good scenarios ideas too.

And "the Big Book is"............?
Dawn of Iron, the first Anthology. All of it together with a load of "extras". Other than that I don't know anything ? Remember I am this side of the pond not that side ?

By Jove, I too am this side of the pond, or should it be yee-haw I'm this side too y'all. Anyhow, either way the big book is not for me as I have bought the instalments on Wargame Vault as and when they appeared as deal of the day. I think I may well print out the rules to make a small book, but the scenarios as and when needed. The various cards etc on card, as and when needed and put in sleeves.
Same for me Andy. Ive just picked up a new tablet, so I'll have a read tonight.
