Like Julian attended many times at CP. Strange venue with the swimming pool so close by.

Brought up in N17, just a stones throw from the ground. It has changed dramatically to when we used to live there, up to 2001. Still go back to see the boys play - but glad I have moved on.

I was a long-time fan of SELWG at CP and the swimming next door provided a relaxing interval as well as loads of seating in the event of inclement weather and a picnic in the Dinosaur park was impractical...
A SELWG event NORTH of the river!? Unheard of - there are dragons over the water there, aren't there?!!!
Bad enough SALUTE went to Excel. Too much of a schlep for me I'm afraid...

Thanks Julian

Useful

Looks like the show was a big success, good news.
A nice venue with plenty of light and space.

A good game of Mexican revolution on show but wrong scale (28mm) not the true 15mm
