Little Wars TV have a podcast that is only avaliable to people who subscribe to them. Their last episode review a few Fuedal Japanese sets of rules.
I'm pleased to say that Battles in the Age of War came out on top! The positive comments referred to the mechanics, the pre game and the fun aspect of playing the rules.
The reviewers hold no punches in their opinions and pull the rules up in a couple of areas, but far less than other sets they look at.
I can't post a link because unless you subscribe you won't be able to access the podcast, but I thought it worth mentioning. Listening to it made me get some Ashigaru out to paint 😊
That's really good to hear. I don't think RFCM rules get the exposure they deserve.

I remember the battle day we had at the church hall. I played against Rob Roriston and Chris Cunningham. Great day. I suspect I lost both games!
