Is it possible to have more than one sniper, per side, in play?
The way I read is that each asset is allowed multiple times in a game but it doesn't state if you can have more than one sniper at a time , maybe limit it to two and if you have dice left re roll for another sniper if one is killed i.e if you are using carlists you get eight dice to try and roll a six to allow your sniper to come on . Cheers Alex
My recollection of PBI is that you can have as many snipers at any one time as you like, provided that you roll a success on your asset dice. You can only bring on one sniper per turn. I assume B & I is the same.
So if you have 11 dice for snipers. You could roll 4 on the 1st turn, 4 more on the 2nd turn and the final 3 on the 3rd turn. As long as you got at least one 6 each time you could have 3 snipers in the game (assuming none had been shot).

John,
That is how I've played PBI, and how I'd understand it to work in B&I too.
Hopefully Martin can step in and provide an official interpretation.
Simon
The way we have always played it is multiple assets of the same sort are allowed provided you get the 6. I think this approach adds a bit more interest to the game. I.e. do you go for the single big roll or go for more assets but with less chance for each.
Sorry, missed this
Yes, you can have as many snipers/HE/sneak moves etc as you can get.
With my WW2 Japanese I often get 3 snipers in a game.
John makes a good point. It is all about considered risk taking.
Added to this, it is always very pleasing to get an asset having only dedicated a single D6 to the task..
martin :)
Thanks for the update Martin . That makes the sniper asset much more appealing than I had previously thought , Cheers Alex
Thank you everyone, I have a couple of suitable figures, now perhaps I need more.
This clarification should help sell loads more sniper packs!
Simon
The most I ever got was 3 snipers on table using my Japanese company.
A single PP sniper pack should cover most situations.
