Title: Subscription
Post by: martin goddard on January 01, 2020, 04:53:08 PM
I assume that the subscriptions went out of validity at end of December 2019.
Where is the supporting payment tab on the site??
Thank you.

Title: 2020 Forum donations
Post by: Administrator on January 01, 2020, 06:10:51 PM
As you may have noticed all the donation labels for 2019 have now timed out. While we moved servers and 'service' earlier this year I would ask to consider donation. We are paid up til August, but I'd like to get to a position where the forum is paid for in advance rather than in arrears - as it has been since its creation. Its not a lot, but it puts me out of pocket for a while we accrue the funds.

The link to donate is here (just click the donate button)-

thanks

You mean they paid you? I think I'd have to pay for anyone to take mine off my hands...

QuoteSimon how much should we be contributing this year to keep the site running?

Donations are absolutely not mandatory. Costs have been kept deliberately low. I can't really say what you should donate, as its really what you can afford. If everyone contributed a couple of pounds a year then we are good (some contribute more - some less)

At the moment we are just OK for the remainder of the year , and next. There is nothing spare for unforeseen cost. If that does occur then we can have a revenue drive ...
