Hi,
A little over a year ago, Lluis of Minairons show to a group of friends the amazing world of miniature naval gaming... Now, after some campaigns played, I have a little collection of ships to share with you. I play the Netherland side, so the flags are this in some case.
This is my first ship painting work, a Skytrex Galleon

Then I dare to use the Minairons miniatures

Two Schooner, one with some scratch with Minairons sails, and a change of sails in the other one to make a Ketch

And the Large Merchant; we use this as an early ship of the line

This is all for now about commercial figures, I have some Scratch for Terrain, and Mediterranean Ships, I post sooner
Thanks. Lluis is the best painter I know, so you're very fortunate. I have been able to see some of these ships before sending them and they are impressive.
Wow, Acronim, these are lovely! Lluis has done a great job in sharing his (very extensive) painting and modelling skills!
And welcome to the Forum - it's great to have you "on board"!
My total respect to Louis how he can make these ships look So great. I know how long it's taken me to make this one ship,(but this was a converted PP ship) so to be able to turn out these ships at the quality and quantity that he does. WoW.
Miles
Nice Black Pearl, Miles - that one turned out well (and I know you've been spending ages on it).
The basing (I like the extra froth at the bow and stern) and flag are very nice too.
I ve got to make the other flags up. I will either print them off the computer or go and see Nigel at "the Square"
