Upgraded the the latest security patch.
'Hey you in the Jail' board renamed 'Western'
'Info center' message list increased to 15

The last two are at Martins request

I did ask for this because sometimes I post a bunch of replies and it pushes someone else's posts off the list. This seemed a bit rude on may part. So now I cannot push everything off.
