Who'll be first...?
« on: March 11, 2020, 08:18:07 AM »
I assume with a group like this, a number of us will get hit at some point by The Virus.

Who will be first? Will you (I?!) share any of the gory details here? Will there be an international outbreak of "virus shaming"?

Will we need to disinfect all of our toy soldiers (maybe that chap who gives his a shower each year isn't so nuts after all...)?

We live in interesting times...

I am fully prepared. I have modelled thousands of 15mm loo rolls to stock pile for my boys in case they have to self isolate. I assume that in case of self isolation each base will have to be separately housed in its own box file or similar. I may have to rent a lock up for this. I hope I don't have to remove figures form bases. If so I could be very busy.

"May you live in interesting times" is an old Chinese curse. Seems very apt given that we are under the curse of Chinese Flu?

The reason people are stocking up on toilet rolls is they are also collecting baked beans.
what goes in has to come out.
I have bought extra rum , just in case .

Not worried about loo rolls, stocking up on copies of the Sun. Ben is cutting them into 6 inch squares.

Sorted.

You can lay those out for an impromptu game of Square Bashing.

Well we've today all been told to work from home as much as we can for the forseeable future.

I reckon that no commute = more painting time, so there's one silver lining to the current chaos already  :)

Its alright for some ! My job could be a bit hard to work from home.
"I am trying to get my xbox/ Ps4 controllers to work my Dustcart ? Then I can work from home too ???"
At least my boss did laugh when i said that ?
