A rather nice WW2 game - probably the only one with a submarine:

What I believe was a 25-year old game of Berlin 1945, recovered from the loft - buildings made from corrugated cardboard and foam board, which have stood the test of time extremely well:

A huge game of something sci-fi - the size of the models was impressive:

A lovely looking game of Blood & Plunder, with action at sea and on land:

Thanks for the pictures Colonel. Great looking games. It does make me think why people go to great lengths creating beautiful looking games only to put drinks bottles on the game area (Blood and Plunder).

Must confess I am always a little in awe of those smarty pants who make their own buildings (Berlin game); I can manage conversions but nothing starting totally from scratch

Poor planning. Mike arranged not only for our Ardennes game to be raised up but also to have space around the edges for rulebooks, dice and even the occasional coffee cup  :)

hadn't noticed any on the Ardennes game, I was referring to the second 'lighthouse' on the Blood and Plunder game

@Radar - I realised that's what you had meant - apologies if my response was ambiguous!

But our Ardennes table did work nicely with space all around. The Blood and Plunder game ran to the edge of the table and left no space for drinks and snacks.
