Blue or grey I think, someone will properly clarify that, not dissimilar to the Napoleonic colours, I believe, mainly for wood at least. But that might have changed once they become more metallic ?

Grey with black metal work and then they will be green by WW1.

Middle grey if I remember, humbrol Ocean grey, Vallejo London Grey. So nothing in that region, again someone on here will better correct you.
