Gold beach is 2 tables so 4 players and an umpire(GM), would be the best configuration. GM would keep the game flowing. Remember itís PBI with its own house rules.

Morning Chaps, I will be visiting the hotel in September to see if they will be open for our weekend after some major building work.
As we will only have the dinning room to play in, the plan is for Miles to set his Gold Beach up in his normal room (if no changes to it)
Then 3 games per session (Fri night, Sat am,pm, night, Sun am,pm) plus Gold Beach.
As the new game on the block , I would like to have the New Blood Barons have a showing at each session on Saturday.
Maybe Pirates Friday night both land raids and sea fight as we can get play two of each Friday night.
Saturday am -  BB , western, Vikings, pm - BB, player choice ( Simon has a game he wants to show+ 1 other? night - BB, Vietnam, SCW
Sunday- big/long games so Pitts and CWB
This is only a suggestion so any ideas/thoughts let me know, itís your weekend so make the most of it.

Sounds fine Stewart, thank you. I shall bring a couple of gamettes too. There should be a fourth gamette out by then??  They might provide light fillers for anyone who has finished their game.

Gentlemen
The hotel is booked for the weekend of war  Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th Nov 2019.
For those wanting a room the cost will be £85, for day visitors cost £15.

They have finish building work in the hotel and I believe they have 10 rooms available.

The new owners have taking the lounge for family accommodation so we only have the dinning room available for games.

That is 3 games per session , Friday night, Saturday am,pm and night, Sunday .

Miles plans to put his sword beach game on his room, I will check the size on Monday when I visit the hotel.

Again I would like volunteers to set up and run games so please let me know what games and when please.

Also let me know which games you would like to play, no guarantees, down to space and popularity.

These are new owners so letís make it a good weekend and they may lat us back next year.
Remember itís your weekend so make the most of it.

Thank you for organising this Stewart.
I can bring some tables  for Miles' game if that is helpful?

There are 6 sessions. Assuming 2 on the Sunday?
Shall we number them 1,2,3,4,5,6?
I would like to stay until 4pm on Sunday??

I will bring Bloody Barons, Western and Pirate land raid

1=Bloody Barons. Either Towton, Bosworth or a normal battle.
2=Western
3=Western
4=Pirate land raids
5=Bloody Barons
6=Pirate land raids,  Until the close of the hotel.

These are only my rough thoughts, but it gives something to start at??

I can also bring a pen.
Are the tables those glass ones or shall we bring better plastic tables??

Lots of questions, but I am all keyed up.....

Is it still WWW. Weymouth wargames weekend?

I can bring the gamettes of train wreckers and petard too if that is of help. They could be used by any one who does not look busy enough.

Great Stewart, look forward to seeing what you think can be fitted in with the new owners, is Martin playing in the car park with his tables?

I can bring, dice, a pen and paper and a snack or two.

I ve got enough tables to set up the gold beach game. I have 3  4 x2 tables plus 2 6 x2 tables at my disposal. So more than enough.
But thank you anyway.

Stewart

The WWW looks like falling on one of my weekends off, lucky me. Are we looking at a weekend promoting 15mm? I am happy to put on some games as well as of course joining in some games. I'm thinking along the lines off

1 - ADLG (Ancients)
2 - CWB
3 -
4 - SB ( RCW, or if anyone has Austrians perhaps Martin's Serbians  v Austrians, looking at poor quality armies)
5 - As above happy to run SB as game 4 or 5
6 - Sorry can only do Sunday morning

Obviously the above depends on the numbers attending and those that do having an interest in any of the above. These games can be moved around to fit in with the final timetable. As usual I'll be a day attender.

Thanks Chris, do you have both sides ADLG? Is 15mm , is it base size dependent or can you use any ancient faction?
There may be rooms spare if you wish to stay over, Martin and I plan to take any spare rooms as well
