A great little video about a chap who is making every soldier for Waterloo(6mm). His painting is great and the whole thing looks very engaging.  Excellent!

I am doing similar, have the British, French done and some Prussians.
Got the Waterloo mat from cigar battle mats and buildings mostly from irregular miniatures.
Just need a bigger house to set it all up and an easy play set of rules with out lists of charts.
