A submarine Stewart. That's clever.

Les should have gone to speck savers, they are Sharks from the Pirate range.
At the moment for any testing each ship/boat has a sabot to record its damage.
3 category’s to record , sails, guns, crew.
To record the quality of the ship I am using Eagles - battle hardened, sharks - able and no marker for scurvy.
I should have enough for both sides in a full game

Are they eagles or albatross? After all it seems most of the ones I have seen are painted with blue bases which can look a bit sea like, even if mine were supposed to be sky.

I believe that Martin's are sea eagles.

First two (of eight) sixteen man ECW cavalry units practically finished. Just the the trumpeters to finish off, attach the standards and some fancy green stuff to put onto the bases.

Painting the horses isn't the problem, it's the harquebusiers - variations on a theme of brown. Almost makes me want to go and paint Napoleonic Austrians for a bit (variations on the theme of white)

Have just finished my 'Opportunity Fire's markers which we used last night. It is a tricky one to know what to do, put them on the sabot and take them off when you have used it or leave them off and put them on when you have used it. Following the game last night I would prefer to leave off and just put on once you have used it.
Other than this I am continuing with my Tjublings army, I am just basing a unit welding axes.
I am also continuing to make some little ships for pirates and one large warship.

I am currently working on several sticks of Rhodesian Light Infantry. These are a mixture of PP and Old Glory figures including head swaps.

My next venture will be the Rhodesian African Rifles. These fellows will be solely PP figures with PP head swaps. This will make things so much easier as PP figures take next to no time to prep because of their exceptionally high quality.

Third 1914 German unit reaching completion via a few head swaps, this time including pickelhaub as well as feldmutze. Accidentally put a dismounted dragon officer in charge of this infantry unit, then decided he was an infantry officer who had ridden to the battle, so that’s why he is wearing spurs. The unit also includes the poor chap who’s just had a shell pass through him.

Absolutely nothing, sat at my workbench today, handled some miniatures I glued to a lolly stick about 2 months ago then put them back. Mojo not with me at the moment 🙁

Been there - not to worry, it will return, but most likely not to the guys on the lolly sticks (I have 24 half painted 1870 Prussian uhlans sitting on my painting rods having been royally usurped first by the BEF and then by their grandsons).
