Stewart,

I was tempted to use the dreaded "smite" button for smugness - please don't torment the rest of us so...

After a big tidy up of Das Buro, I found my US character pack with the K9 team and a couple of officers in it for Men of Company B. The K9 team is an asset that helps with searching for caches. I made a start on it last night along with some AWI militia and (shock!) some Lancashire Games Continentals. I've had these for years and wasn't planning on using them for Washingtons Army as they are somewhat rough compared to Peter Pig. However they are getting painted and may well make an appearance in one of the bigger scenarios from the rule book.

I have bought a small British army with me to paint whilst on holiday. Dont mention the war!

Late war British destined for the Somme actually. Only around 4 colours needed so not taking up too much space!

At the moment I've got a French Squadron and German Arronef fleet staring at me from the lead pile and I really ought to be making some headway with them, 28mm and 15mm WW2 Russians for Stalingrad, a couple of 15mm Sci Fi forces, and a Wild West/ Mexican Revolution game to sort out, too many projects I know.

Oh then there's the 15mm WW1/ Russian Civil War that may well go into the Back of Beyond with the arrival of the Turks 😄 via Mesopotamia, all good stuff. I sort of go in cycles of "ooh shiny", at the mo WW1 is moving forwards.

Completing Union infantry, artillery and commanders for Shiloh. Still have caissons and general scenic items to do to finish off the project. Meanwhile also basing up some 28mm Swiss pike, before moving on to Austrians and Russians for SB.
