Morning Les, at the moment max 4 attacker and 5 defender but sizes  can change depending on what you win/lose at the start. We havenít really tried scenery yet as we are still playing around with force lists and sailing/shooting/fighting.
What is set in stone, 100mm hex grid on a 5x3 mat (or there will be a lot of unhappy gamers that have paid for such a mat).

I looked on there (battlefront south) website and they listed 29 traders and only 19 games, I think we had nearly that many games at Fisticuffs

Dropped in to the Bovington show with Martin today.
My impressions were a lot of games were missing and for some reason a few of the regular traders had been moved to obscure locations and were difficult to find.
The bring&buy had been moved into a dark corner near the small cafe and of course this resulted into a big crush. We got there about 1100 and it didnít seem as busy as past years, maybe the nice weather had something to draw with that.
Any Body else visit today or going tomorrow?

Play testing has only been going a few weeks, markers come and go and Martin canít waist time makeong markers that may not progress to the next version of the rules.
Your markers are very good , the ones I made as trial in case they werenít kept have gone to the scrap beam now the nice markers com PP are here.

Duncan donít worry about small minded people and their comments.
My painting is fairly basic and look very amateurish compared to others on this group.
We each have our strengths , yours is modelling, your ships look very good.
Keep going

Les should have gone to speck savers, they are Sharks from the Pirate range.
At the moment for any testing each ship/boat has a sabot to record its damage.
3 categoryís to record , sails, guns, crew.
To record the quality of the ship I am using Eagles - battle hardened, sharks - able and no marker for scurvy.
I should have enough for both sides in a full game

I prefer to organise my own little men, I feel they perform better for their loving owner and do their best on the Battle field and forgive any mistakes I make as they know they will still have a nice home.
