Never think Head Swapping is a Chore ! It is a chance to create your own unique figure, each time with his head slightly tilted up or down, to the left or right a bit. Making slightly different from the  next one.
My AK 47 British army over half had heads swapped, my Arab army is the same.

Just to remind everyone that is going. It is Early War East or Western armies. So i must remember "no reapeting rifles" So loads of Muskets and a few Rifle Muskets, not too much Cavalry.
Who is bringing a table set up ?
Who is Rebel ? Who is Union ?

I can bring a table set up and I am Union.

See you there.

I think if you are doing standing water then the water effects stuff is awesome. But if its for a running water painting and then a high gloss. A bit of sand in wavy lines near a river back is good. Then you can top this off with a white ish paint

They done that a few years back, BBC 2 ?
This one is done in conjunction with i e of the railway magazines.
Looking at there site, they are doing a model railway scene in a cakebox, 8 inch square, that looks good too.

Life. The trails and tribulations of being a model maker and wargammer.
One thing i have learned as you get older the kids grow up etc, and you can have more time available to do your chosen hobby. Hopefully.....
Until the wife has other plans ? We have all been there one way or another ?

Talking of TV shows. Has anybody seen the Channel 5 series "The Great Model Railway Challenge" a very good concept and shows the problems we have all experienced one way or another doing shows and tables for events etc....
Giving teams 3 days to make a layout to use and show. Showing some modelling technical abilities and problems. Worth taking a look.

I have a load of Western figures painted, 50 odd. With buildings. We used them 20 plus years ago to do the" rules with no name" game. We used the same ranges as the 28mm range and thought the gun fights looked more realist, 10 inches between figures ! Rather than what it does in 28mm ! As the 6 shooters were notorious for not being that accurate !!! Looks better as well.

Can't you put up another site under an assumed name or through someone else's website ?
Must admit i can't wait until our Weymouth Weekender, as i can actually learn to play the game. Might have some of my ships ready by then.

Wow 66 gun ship looks great. A 30 -40 gun ship would be better suited to the POE game ? If you could find a design ?
