Title: When did you fight last
Post by: martin goddard on June 30, 2018, 05:41:30 PM
When is the last time you played PITS?
The hot weather made me think of marching out in to the desert with a half company from a  county regiment. Maybe play a game in the garden?
I played a whole bunch of games three years ago at Historicon.
All the games were one way patrols to scout out a village.
The results swung between brits getting massacred and brits doing very well indeed.  No middle ground results.

I have never played this but am quite keen to try it after my WWI project is complete.

My last outing of PITS was last November at the Weymouth games weekend.
It normally makes an apperence at this event.

With Stewart at the Weymouth weekend, and since then I am getting a Camel corp based army painted and a navite army painted. Along with some of the markers for the game that I do not have.

Must admit I do like the sound of a naval landing party against Nile Arabs.
