CAMBRAI
« on: April 30, 2017, 09:30:51 AM »
This is where we are.
1. I have read the background, watched the videos and played the board game.
2. i am going to teh vebue on tueasdya to check minor detail.  will get some phots too.
3. date fixed  3rd of June 2017.(saturday before general election)
4. Building on Les' initial list I have added abunch of names. I have no idea how correct it is. It is guesswork.
5. i would ask that anybody whom is able to play, sends me an e mail so that i can build a list of ateendees.
6.I will then put all the adresses into an e-mail group.  That group will get constant updates. Not on that group, no uodates. Makes my life easier.
please do this ASAP so that I can be lazy and take my time!

thank you

martin

PS  if you hate WW1 or hate 15mm or hate me o hate Weymouth it is not recommended that you join. These factors cannot be changed.

I hope you enjoy 'teh vebue' what and where ever that as.

Isnt good that I enjoy WW1  and after 54mm (which has its difficulties), 15mm is a great game scale, Weymouth a fun place to be and what else?

Oh yes gridded games are so easy to play and remove the cunning players abilities who have supernatural powers for bending light.

Looking forward to playing at the Nothe Fort. I hear that the catering is excellent.

I have to apologise and bow out of my participation. Please let it be known I love Weymouth, the Levellers, squares, Peter Pig and their dice. Unfortunately my wife has reminded me she is away in Manchester as part of her Christmas present.

I am a go go go for Fisticuffs however.  Two 400 mile trips in a week.might have been pushing it anyway!

I do hope there is a reporter on the ground to send back pictures to let us know how these new fangled water tanks do. Should all be over by Christmas!

Yes Sean, on your bicycle that would be a long way (Sean likes to cycle everywhere)!  Make sure you have an Umbongo when you cycle down for fisticuffs, in case you need to stop for a rest!
