I have spoken to Peter at Entoyment, it has been pencilled in for Saturday the 24th September.
I know at the moment Peter has had a lot of problems with Poole council and the planning department regards to moving the shop to another Venue. So his mind is on the above problems at the moment. It's 90 plus % on 24th September. I will firm this up in the next 2-3 weeks. Then we can get it on websites etc.
I was hoping Entoyment would have moved by now but paper chasing officals have put their oars in....
Bloody planning officers ???
Like I have said at the moment I have stepped back a little as I am concentrating on my "mancave" at the moment so I can play some game in peace !!!!
Format for the games will be based on "Fall of The Reich" 43-45. We might try and have 2 teams the Allieds and Axis.

Information is on the Entoyment Facebook page where you can book you place as well for PBI and CWB gaming days. I will see after Bovington if these can be transferred to the normal store webpage, as it would be easier to book your tickets from there. Price is a 5. 2 games and lunch in between. We will either go and get lunch or order in ? Which is everyone's preference? So expect to bring another 4-7 for food if you want hot food ? Tea and coffee will be provided for.
Ask me or Martin for Details if you need any ?
The shop is in the process of moving but planning permission and other things are delaying it, if and when the address changes people will be informed.
Hope to see you all in September and some of you in November???

I'm almost certainly bringing late war Russians to the PBI day. I need to sort out what company to take and get some of the new figures to make another platoon.

Anyone else given it any thought on what they might take considering we are going for a Fall of the Reich theme??

Miles has some beautifully painted late war British with some great conversions.

I was considering  Russian veteran scouts with no vehicles?  If they can keep out of the way of being driven over they can hold scenery well??

Otherwise I might use volksturn with stugs.

Volksturm would be a good choice.

A grand army of new russians for martin

After all those Russian sculpts, its got to be raw russians just to get the most you can onto the table. With your normal tactics raw russian should go well. And you will have the satisfaction of have got a lot figures out on display.
No vehicles would leave you lots of points for the extras, mortars, hmg, smg, lmg and lots of squads.

I'm either going veteran Russian or raw. I do like the idea of as many PBI on the table with no frills!

I will bring a mixed force, raw average or vet, probably German, maybe French or American or even British.

I should be able to make PBI day at Entoyment, is the theme still going to be late war? I can bring Americans or Germans do you know how many Axis or Allied armies you have (to avoid blue on blue).
